Home Health Aide Services:

• Companionship

• Support

• Preparing meals

• Dressing assistance

• Administering medication

• Changing bandages

• Assist with grooming, bathing and personal hygiene

• Assistance with “light housekeeping”

• Track client's condition and update records

Certified Nursing Assistant Services:

• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting - “ADLs” (activities of daily living)

• Make bed, change linens and clean patient’s living area

• Assist with laundry as needed

• Some vacuuming

• Prepare light meals and clean up after meal preparation

• Prepare and store meals in advance

• Assist with feeding if needed

• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and position changes

• Medication reminders

• Checking and recording temperature, pulse and blood pressures

 

Skilled Nursing Services:

• Services provided by a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) based on a physician’s signed plan of care

• Skilled care includes insulin administration, wound care, IV administration, medication administration, disease management, and diet management

• Pediatric skilled nursing care includes knowledge of ventilators, tracheotomies, and gastronomy tubes
